Patongs nightlife,

There really is something for everyone. All night shopping or you like to drink something in one of a lot pubs, or maybe dancing in a discotheque (see map). Each street (Soi) has its authentic charms.
The nightlife in Patong will take important in the surround of Soi Bangla.
Soi Bangla is the most classically known for its Lady-men (Katoey) dancers atop of second story stages surrounded by masses of tourists, jaws dropped. Small bars line Soi Bangla are Blarney Stone or Kangaroo Bar is great people watching Aussie bar, allways full of good folks. This area has a tendency to be rather racy. Be street smart; keep an eye on your wallet and your heart. Some of the more regular haunts in Patong is the Tai Pan, a dark cornered bar with live music. Next one behind the Boxing hall are the “Tiger Entertainment”, Soi Sea Dreagon, Soi Eric, Soi Katoey, Soi Gonzo, Soi Easy they are the popularity as well as its fun.

On the ocean front road (Thaweewong-Road) is the Banana Disco its offshoots in abundance. The drinks cost here on average 100 Baht. With the admission fee the first drink is already contained.

Between Patong and Karon is Safari which can be a great place to meet people, dance and enjoy the later part of the evening.
 

The disco "Shark Club"at the corner Soi Bangla and Rat Uthit Road, which many of them perhaps still know, closed down already. After them comes the "Star Wars Entertainment" this was than the first dance floor in Patong but this club could hold not for a long time. Later was the grand opening from the “Star Club”, but it was the same, two months after they had grand opening comes the closed down too. It was now replaced from in the opposite lying Tiger Entertainment and the Dragon Entertainment, on the second floor of Soi Easy.

The Show bisiness in Thailand.
I didn’t mean to give an essay about the nightlife Thailands in Patong, Patpong, Soi Cowboy or Pattaya! It’s could been a superfical as describe and this didn’t get Thailand and even the nightlife on the lots of Bars, it’s wasen’t fair! But of course it give in Patong a lot of Live Shows, it is sure be interested to see a nice Show, but it must not be this kind of Show when you love Thailand and the thai people.
 
Of course there is also a multiplicity of good shows in Patong, like the “Simon Cabarett”(see below).

There are however unfortunately also the other Live Shows in Patong (see right)
Surely, it can be interesting to see a beautiful Show it is however questionable whether it must not be, this kind of Show, if we liked to keep Thailand and the Thais in their respect.
