Phi Phi Island

The Phi-Phi island,  Ko Phi Phi Don and Ko Phi Phi Lee.
Phi Phi Island (Koh Phi Phi Don)The beautiful islands Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Lee are out in the Andaman Sea abuot half way between Phuket and Krabi.
Although some people complain the islands are too crowded in the high season, it really is essential to go and judge for yourself as there is a lot to do over there and the scenery is stunning.
Most boats arrive on Tong Sai Bay which is usually buzzing with tourist and touts but if you wind your way through the narrow streets you’ll find yourself on the much more peaceful bays. The streets of Phi Phi Don are awash with trendy bars and bakeries.
At night there are lots of bars to choose from and plenty restaurants with budget prices.
Ferries leave Phuket at 08.00 and 10.00 in the morning from Rassada Pier (Phuket town) and leave Phi Phi at 12.00 and 15.00. From Krabi, farries leave from the northern side of Ao Nang beach .
There are plenty ATM machines and lots of internet cafes (more than in Patong) on the island and many market-style stalls stocking fishermans pants, CDs and other goodies. Ko Phi Phi Lee (Maya bay)
